I’ve made strawberry wine before however I’m using a new recipe that is slightly different. In the past my batches of wine Have turned out great. I decided to taste my wine two weeks in and it doesn’t taste like it normally does. Not very much of a strawberry flavor. Should I expect that to change in the flavor to come out did it taste bad because I tasted it too early

the wine should be clear and at least three months old before doing any tasting decisions. suggest useing some sugar syrup on a bench trial sample it can bring out the fruit flavor.

how did you make the wine, what was your process??

Two weeks from when and good compared to what? If it's two weeks from the time I pitched the yeast, then heck no.
