Hi,
Since I've been asking for and receiving so much good information on this forum, I thought I'd introduce myself.
My names Tony and I've been living in SW Florida for about 30 years.
Formerly I lived in New Jersey where my first solo wine making experience took place. Cherry from the tree outside. First couple bottles were a bit rough. Left two on the shelf in the cellar for a couple years and time performed her magic.
Few weeks back I was crawling through the attic looking for stuff to toss and I came across that old canner kettle I used for the primary.
Now I have two gallons of peach wine in the secondary stage.
Seems like more fun this time around. Think I'll keep at it.
Salud!

Tony, welcome to the forum and back to the hobby. Great to have you here. Lots of great people and with Wade as an admin, lots of great stories! LOL
Hop right in and ask questions any time or feel free to tell us whats going on.

Welcome to WMT Tony!

Welcome!

Ask here if not sure what to do.

Many thanks for the warm welcome, Gentlemen. I'm happy to have found such an enjoyable place to hang out.
Thanks for the kind remarks about SW Fla, Flem. It is a great place to live and play.
Sadly I will be leaving this town in about a year. I'll miss all the amenities, but I would like to be closer to family.
I plan to get a small plot near or with my daughter in South Carolina and do a bit of homesteading. It will be my own experiment at self sufficiency. Wine making will certainly be a part of that.
Cheers!
