Flowering wine?

Is this flowering ? Been waiting for mlf to complete and now see this. TA is .7 ph 3.77. Thinking I should put some pot meta in but wanted mlf to finish. Will be three weeks on Saturday. Should I add pot meta?

What sorts of additives have you used?

Did you pitch MLB?
Or use MLB nutrients?

It doesnt look like mycoderma though, no. Not that its not, but thats not what it usually looks like.

It's a cab but have a Zin with it too. Added second mlb last week. Was afraid the first got stuck. I did the first mlb two and a half weeks ago ch16 with opti nutrient. Oak Cubs in there too but That's the only additives.

Have you tested for malic acid using chromatography or other test? If you maintain 70F the ML should go quickly at 3.77 ph, sometimes in a couple of weeks. I don't think I would worry, but it does look to be too much headspace, I would top up the wine closer to the neck, and run a malic test if you can.
