This is kind of cool, but it is obviously one person's view of what wine varieties are out there. I believe there are 100+ idfferent breeds of grapes from which people all over the world make wine, most only grown locally. For example, Nero d'Avola is named for the town of Avola on Sicily - and is only grown in that vicinity (to my knowledge); the locals would not recognize such a chart without it.
At the risk of being overly-critical of something meant for fun, I note that it mixes specific varietals (e.g., Nebbiolo) with recognized/regulated blends (e.g., Chianti, Beaujolais). Us wine nerds know those are two different animals, right?
