2 - 11.5 oz Welch's Grape Concentrate
2 - 11.5 oz Welch's White Grape Concentrate
2.25 Lbs cane sugar
4 tsp acid blend
2 tsp pectic enzyme
2 tsp yeast nutrient
H2O to 2.5 Gallons

Lalvin EC-1118

Thinking if this turns out well, I will try the same recipe but try four 11.5 oz Welch's White Grape Pear Concentrate...could be interesting....but, one batch at a time...

As always, input is always welcome...

Thanks... F.P.

I usually use 4 cans of concentrate per gallon.

I also think that welches either needs to be back sweetened with a different flavor or heavily oaked. simply by itself it is just grapish!

Otherwise best of luck.
White Grape Pear sound interesting.

I would switch out the yeast for Lavlin D47, add no more than a gallon of water and test TA before adding the acid blend. The frozen concentrates are normally balanced out. Sometimes you would use just a little to no acid blend. And only add enough sugar to bring your sg to around 1.080. Backsweeten using the same juice
