Forgot to adjust ph in peach

Beginning wine maker here. Started my first peach wine a few days ago and pitched yeast last night. I tested ph but i didnt realize you had to adjust ph prior to pitching yeast. Can i add acid blend later after fermentation???

Yes it was bubbling good this morning. Ph was around 3.8- 3.9

I've adjusted mine after fermentation with no problems ( I too forgot at start)

Did you have to do anything differently to test post ferment?
