Morning! I'm working with a local shop (Fermentations) here in Colorado Springs on our first red. It will be heading to the bottle the end of June, but based on the sample yesterday it's going to be incredible. What other wines from WineExpert has anyone made that is really, really good??? My background: I'm a retired Air Force guy just getting into wine making. Tuesday I' going to start brewing my first beer--a hazy IPA.
