Hello, I'm new here. I've been looking for a place to ask questions since my dad first asked if I would like to have his old wine-making equipment. There were a few jugs of rhubarb wine that, despite sitting for 12 years, were still not vinegar (however, not very good for table wine purposes).
I am looking forward to making wine, but am trying to find my own little niche in the house that hasn't been taken over by my boyfriend and roommate's principal hobby.
Um, otherwise, there's not much to tell... I saw someone's tagline, "I like to cook with wine, and sometimes I even add food," and thought it was pretty apropos.
