Thanks dawg. Yes keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to use, let thaw and mix.not to mention you can keep the concentrates in the freezer, learnt both from @dralarms ,,,

The Artisan concentrated fruit flavoring which comes in an 8 oz. bottle. I add to the Primary F.Curious which of the Amoretti product lines do you use for your wines? When are you adding them?
I'd like to do a sparkling Chardonnay....and was thinking about using one of the Amoretti products post fermentation -- in planning stages still.
