I have 5 gallon of white grape wine made from welch's concentrate. I'm looking for a way to give it a hint of strawberry flavoring. I had added 4 oz of strawberry extract and two cans of welch's strawberry splash concentrate after it was done fermenting and degassed. It has been setting for approx two month and still doesn't even have a hint of strawberry. Does anyone have any ideas as to get more of a strawberry flavor??? The wine doesn't taste bad just wanted a strawberry tasting wine

You can add a strawberry f-pac. There is a thread on here that describes how to do that.

I've search and can't find any strawberry fpac recipes. Everyone says to add a strawberry fpac but no one says how to make one

Look in "country fruit wine making" and the name of the thread is "how to make an f-pac".

the best way is to take a few pounds of strawberrys, desteem and cut up in a pot, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water...cook on low for about 20 minutes, makeing sure to skim in of the white stuff off.
let cool strain and add to wine.
