Thanks to the generosity of Goodfella I received a package at work today and it contained a bottle of his Peach Port. The clarity of this Port, the beauty of the color, the bottle, the label and everything about this one lets you know upfront that this is something special. What an awesome job you did on this one buddy. I'm not even sure I will be able to open it. It is a Masterpiece that one would enjoy sitting on a shelf to be admired. I will not be able to resist it though and will seek the advice from Goodfella on when he thinks it is ready to be opened.
Thank you for such a wonderful gift !!!

Ahhh sweet, it arrived.

I'm glad you like it so far. It is very young, but I think it is already turning out nice.

Here is what I have done, and would recommend you to do when you are ready to drink it.

Splash into a decanter...

Place empty bottle in fridge....

Allow to decant most of the day....

about 45 minutes before drinking, use a funnel to pour back into chilled bottle.....

Return to fridge for about 30-45 minutes (until slightly chilled)...

Swirl in glass...

Enjoy. (hopefully)

Everyone that has tried it, loves it. Strong f-pack, sweetness, ect. really help it shine past the high ABV. I was somewhat surprised.

I have decided that when I open this one I am going to clean and sanatize a 187ml bottle and reserve half ofit for at least a year and see how it does

Good idea there Waldo. I still hav e a bottle of Jobes Blackberry but am always so tempted to rip into something, come to think abou it I still have yours on my shelf also. Going to have to dig out 2 of those 175's!
