I've been lurking around here for awhile and thought I should finally introduce myself. Several years ago I planted muscadines out back, along with blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries-----so you can tell what kind of wine I'll be making. I've learned a lot from this forum and am excited about this new hobby.

Welcome to the forum. You ought to try a couple of practice runs with some juice or concentrate before you try the good fruits. That will give you some idea of how to procede with the fruits. Good luck with it, Arne.
