I suppose I have been lurking for a while and should introduce myself. I have been brewing beer for about 10 years, picked up mead about 8 years ago, and I have started making fruit wines this year. Had I known the variations in difficulty I would have likely been making wine from the beginning.

I have already gained a lot of insight from this forum and appreciate all the help that is provided here.

They may be. Beer is fine but the food is questionable outside the Harrisburg location so YMMV.
