grape juice plus?

Hi Everyone
Got a three year old grape vine in my greenhouse and thought I would try making a 5gal batch of wine.

I used to make a few 1gal brews from kits about thirty years ago and I recall a guy at the wine club showing us a packet of some kind of fruit concentrate (might have been cherry) that he would add to his grape concentrate kits.

So can anyone advise me on any extra ingredients that I might at to my "English"greenhouse grape juice please.

Mix up some small samples of your juice and whatever concentrate. Taste them, if it tastes good then you can ferment them and they should come out fine. Arne.
