I just picked up this great book on Amazon. Winegrape Berry Sensory Assessment in Australia. http://www.amazon.com/dp/1875130411/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

It's not cheap, I just got the last spiral bound book for about a quarter of the cost of the paperback. If you own or harvest grapes, I highly recommend this book.

Oh nice, another book to add to the list.. I'm gonna need to hit the lottery just to buy them all lol

Thanks Dan

I paid around $35 for a used spiral bound copy on Amazon. It's one of the nicest books I have seen in easy to read language and understanding the grape and all descriptors, and why ph, TA and sugar are all so important individually.
