Hello everyone, I've been lurking for a couple months now and figured I should introduce myself after benefiting from all your collective experience! Raised Minnesotan here, but became a Pittsburgher when I got married ( I know there's a lot of folks from PA on here). Currently stationed in California for the next three years.
My endeavors so far: apple wine from organic fresh cider (I think I bottled it too early , it's a bit rough!), lime wine from fresh limes inspired by skeeter pee (tastes great & just sweetened, ready to bottle next week), Graciano (my only "serious" wine for now - had the privilege of being mentored for this one by an experienced wine making coworker), and strawberry and blackberry from frozen fruit.
Up next, I think I'll start a cranberry wine over the long weekend. Thanks again everyone for all the knowledge posted in the forums! Very new to this but having a blast so far!
