A longtime homebrewer, I recently decided to try my hand at winemaking. I have a couple of kits going at the moment and am enjoying the process thus far. I find both the similarities and difference between brewing and winemaking to be quite interesting. I've found a wealth of information here on the forum, for which I'm most appreciative.
