It's a chilly afternoon here in GR but my vino fermentation room (2x2x4 chamber built in a closet) is a balmy 75 degrees. My wife and I started our first batch yesterday from a kit and had fun doing so. I'm looking forward to the journey and making some new friends along the way. (yeah I posted this same message on the home brew forum thinking the wine talk forum was the same site)
