Hi, we are starting from scratch. Had an over abundance of plums this year so we decided to try our hand at wine making. After reading a book, and a couple of forums we settled here and started getting equipment together.

Yesterday we moved our first, 3 gallon, batch of plum from the primary. So far it all seems to be going as planned. We will rack it again in 30 days and see where we are.
