Just joined up after spending some time reading and making some Skeeter Pee and Dragon Blood. Both turned out fine by the looks of it.

I've made a lot of Red kits before (Kenridge, Beaverdale etc) and a couple of 'supermarket juice' wines.

Looking forward to trying some new stuff with the information here (although I need to keep a close eye on units of measurement as our UK gallons are a different volume!)

Not sure how much I'll be posting here but I'll certainly be reading and learning
