Newbie here. I've made wine decades ago. I've moved to a new place. I just planted 4 muscadine vines. I hope to make some wine when they take hold and ripen. I'm planning on getting a wine kit and get going again. I do have some equipment and knowledge.... looking forward to learning more.

Thanks for the post. I'm aware it's going to be a while before I can make wine from my grapes. I still have access to my father's muscadines as he's in Japan working now. I should be able to get more than enough to make a couple of 6 gall batches.
I am looking forward to making wine with my own personal grapes. This give me something to obsess over while I'm drinking a glass.
