I almost missed this one today!

Happy Birthday Jim.

Watch out for that piece of cake and icecream- you will need to jog a few extra miles and do an extra 2 sets for the day. But do enjoy an extra glass of red wine to help keep that heart healthy. After all, you are getting older at 35!

Through a clerical/data entry error, I had originally entered my birthday into my profile last year as month/day/year, not even looking that that was not the correct order - the profile is now corrected. However, I'll accept the birthday wishes, as I did have one last November 2nd. :) Sorry for the confusion,

To honor this belated non-birthday, I shall bottle my first three kits tomorrow!

Jim, You are lucky to have 2 birthdays (I think) I can't even have 1 since the birth dates don't go back far enough!!

3 kits bottled last night - the WE Australian Chardonnay, WE Argentine Malbec, and the MM AllJuice Pinot Noir. The pinot and the chardonnay were tasting excellent. I was not as impressed with the Malbec, which seems to have had a good start with aging, but has faded or changed somehow, but I can't put my finger on exactly how. Based on the tasting at bottling, I'm doubting that I would even send the Malbec in to the Winemaker contest, but the chard and pinot can have a shot for sure.
