Has anyone ever been impatient?

So have you ever had a mango and coconut wine fermenting and just couldn't wait so mixed up some Malibu and mango ice cream (Except turns out it's honey ice cream), Anyway does that make my cocktail a mead technically?

This hobby will teach you patience above all else - starting a wine and realizing that maybe next year this time you might be able to sit down and enjoy a glass of the finished product. Yeah, it's hard when you are starting out and the best way I found to solve that is to 1) Start more batches and 2) Get another hobby in addition to this one.
