I'm a 30 something male who has never made a bottle of wine. I have thought about doing so in the past and never did. A few weeks ago blackberries were plentiful. I left a gallon jug half full on the counter overnight the next morning it smelled like wine. So I thought I would give it a try. I think this is something I will be doing for years to come. I now have two seperate containers working. One is three weeks old and the other 18 hrs. I love it.
I have a couple questions that I will post on the beginners page. All help will be greatly appreciated.
