Hello,

I've been making (mostly) flower wines and meads for about three years now, and I'm looking to continue to branch into other "special interest" wines. My favorite so far has been a Baja Blast honey wine. Was also pretty happy with a dandelion wine. Have some mixed flower wines, lilac, and some spruce tip wine in the closet at the moment.

I'm really looking forward to documenting the processes better, as I've mostly been winging it, going loosely on some internet recipes.
