Hello everyone. I am new to this site and have already enjoyed reading your posts and advice. I've been making wine for the last 3 years and seem to do quite well at it.
Right now I have going, 5gallons grape, 5 gallons peach, 5 gallons apple, 5 gallons grape-peach and 15 gallons watermelon. We'll see how it goes. We were about 1 month late getting started due to funky weather not letting my grapes and peaches ripen.
