Hello for Alaska

I'm a farmer from Fairbanks Alaska. I googled and found the site and joined so that I might learn how to make fruit wines. I have an “orchard” of golden and red raspberries, haskaps and saskatoons in which I’d like to make the excess berries into wines. I bought a kit and started my first batch, hoping that it works.

With those berries it sounds like a perfect scenario for "Dragon Blood"
