Hi guys, greetings from Ottawa, Canada.
Been using this forum for a while now for advice and help on all things related to making alcohol, but recently joined up cuz I like the idea of joining a community of like-minded people
Been making mostly fruit wines and cider for a few years now, plus a few beers along the way as well. However I find that I'm much more interested in foraging for, and picking my own fruit (and turning it into cider and/or wine) than I am using beer/wine kits and/or buying fruit from the store. Not sure why, but the idea of being in full control of the process from beginning to end has a special appeal!
Anyway look forward to sharing my stories and interacting with you guys over interesting topics!
