Hello cmason1957 thank you for the welcome, Well i have only just started with the 2qt welches fruit juice and i really liked how easy the concept of it was and i really like the flavor sweet and will mess you up!! My wife is diabetic so she mentioned she would like to try one with with honey, so i started my very fist mead. The honey that i chose was Orange blossom honey, i have never had this before but i had read good things. I had went from just plastic bottles to now having..... so i think i am doing ok as far as in the items i need to make small batches.
