Just started to make wine last fall. Have a 6 gallon carboy of Burgundy (California juice bucket) that I started in September getting ready to bottle!! In the mean time I couldn't wait that long so I made two kit wines, Green Apple Riesling in November and Blueberry Pinot Noir in December, the 4-6 week kits. These were my first two batches and came out quite well. The kit wine was fairly easy to do with simple instructions. I used the Buon Vino wine filter right before bottling and both wines came out clear. I just placed an order for two buckets of Chilean Merlot juice!
