Hello All,
My wife and I bought a wine kit this summer. We tried one kit that didn't turn out well when we stumbled upon the Dragonsblood recipe. We have made several batches of that. The last one being around 24 gallons. We currently have a 6 gallon batch of blueberry fermenting away.
Anyway, I'm looking for new ideas and new techniques to try and hope I may be of some contribution to this forum.
