Hey everyone! I joined a while back, but haven't had time to post an introduction!
My mom and I have been making wine for about two years now, we started because a friend gave us a bunch of cherries, and after reading through forum after forum we made our first wine!
lets just say that it didn't turn out how either of us planned!
now we have made many different kinds of wines, and I think we are starting to get the hang of it, though I'm sure that we still have a lot to learn!
so far we have made:
Chokecherry
Mulberry
Blackberry
Raspberry
Blueberry
Blueberry/Apple
Crab apple
Black Currant
and of course Skeeter Pee and Dragon Blood!
we have really enjoyed our new hobby and look forward to many more years of it!
