Hi everyone. I'm in my fourth year of making wine and enjoying every aspect of it. I make all of my wine from wild fruit growing in my area. I have lots of elderberries so my wines are all mixed fruit - elderberry and something else. I have made wild grape, tart cherry, concord grape and rhubarb so far. Loved them all but the cherry was the best.

Howdy Justjoe. Yep,, pie chery is great. Hope we get a crop this year, so far tree was all bloomed out and got a bit of hail on it. We will see how things go, good luck with yours and welcome to the forum. Arne.

Hi Joe. If you ever get to Fargo, stop on out and we can taste some fruit wines. I started as a fruit winemaker and now do both fruits and grapes.
