Hey all. Just started wine making, about 6 months back. I'm on my second batch right now. As the title suggests since I'm living in the land of Grapes I decided to go a different route.
My first Batch was a Strawberry based on the EC Website. It's bottled and mellowing (we hope)
My current batch is going to be a Caramel Apple wine. The must just finished fermenting just waiting to clear and age up a bit then sweeten and bottle.
Been lurking and enjoying the forum so I thought I would finally sign up.
