Hello everyone. I am fairly new to wine making. I've been making wine for three years. I've spent countless hours reading through these forums. I'm impressed with everyone's helpful ,professional attitudes.
Here's what I've made. All 6 gallon batches. Muscadine, watterrmelon,pear & blackberry. Muscadine is awsome every time. Watermelon went bad. Blackberry was good but dry and a bit bitter. But after the second glass nobody cared. 9 batches all total, mostly Muscadine.
I'm verry interested in learning, and trying new things. I like the skeeter pee recipe and will try it soon. Also interested in the butterscotch. I keep detailed records of everything I make, and how I make it. I am looking forward to sharing ideas, and becoming a part of this comunity.
