I have WV Chilean Merlot small batch bottle Aging.
A WV Cali Pinot Noir 6 gal kit that has been bulk aging for about a month now. I have started a small batch Pinot Grigio that is in the stabilizing and clearing stage. My wife and I drink reds but I thought I would at least make a small batch white. We'll see?
I'm ready to start something else but I don't know what. Any suggestions?
