Greetings. I'm new to wine making, been a consumer for many years and both the wife and I decided to start making our own for consumption and maybe give out as gifts.

Received my kit from Amazon last week, been studying YouTube and other online videos. My first batch of blueberry wine is in the fermenter, just adding yeast this morning. Looking forward to 3 gallons of delicious wine.

If you like fruit wine you should probably check out the Dragon Blood thread. Lot's of good ideas there and a good starting point for raspberry-blueberry wine.
