I'm a long time stalker of this website and finally decided to become a member. I really enjoy making wine and hoping to learn a lot from everyone. Currently working on a 1 gallon test batch of cherry wine.
Yum cherry, this is one I like for about two years and then start to say oxidation created less fruity off notes. ,,,,, I spent a few decades in Texas making instant rice, a good state.
