I've been meaning to post an introduction, but I've gotten so into reading long threads about tweaking cheap kits and Dragon Blood that I forgot. I'm North of San Antonio, in the Texas Hill Country close to the Texas wine country. I'm a recovering brewer of beer who has found himself enjoying wine more and more. I loved the process of brewing so getting into making wine seems like fun. I've got my first kit ordered and already picked up a fermenter and carboy to get started. My first attempt may be Dragon Blood, if I can finish reading the thread.
