I've been making wine for about a year and a half now, just recently discovered WineMakingTalk, mostly to get some advice on a potential new batch I was pondering. Turns out, finding this website could be the worst mistake I've made thus far in hobby. Seems like every other thread I stumble upon I get a new idea for a batch or feel the need to buy more carboys so I can increase the amount of wine I can make at a time. I'm gonna go broke from this website! Needless to say, I've learned a lot from all your advice and I look forward to learning more and contributing wherever I can.
