Just wanted to say " Hello " to everyone, I've been having a good look around, found a few interesting tips that will come in handy over the years. Hopefully I can contribute myself one day.

I'm pretty new to Wine making, but my larder tells a different tale.

Welcome to the group! By the way what is a larder??

Maybe you would say" Pantry " Scott, it's where one would store food, it's Cool in the Summer and Cool in the Winter, it sits right under my stair-case, It's a place I can forget about, It's a good space to store Wine.
