Hello! Thought for once I would follow the rules and introduce myself. I am new to winemmaking after purchasing a nice kit. I'm of course reading some posts here and thinking that I should have read these several posts before jumping eyes closed and feet first into my first batch, but....

Anyway, thanks to everyone who has posted - have learned a ton in about ten minutes. I will post my first "how bad do you think I messed this up" question shortly.

Every time I have messed up someone came with a fix, my best advise is to listen to the members of the forum and do as they say, and check the previous threads, they have tons of useful information, it worked for me so far....
