I've been snooping around on theses forums for quite awhile now, lots of great info here, I have been making beer for about ten years now, and an occasional wine kit once in awhile, but since finding this forum I have stepped up my wine production quite a bit, I have three wine kits bulk aging and a batch of Dragons Blood close to bottling time. I just ordered an all in one wine pump to help with racking and filtering , within two hours of ordering I got a tracking number, Wow that's what I call customer service!
