Hello,
I'm new to this forum. We have 3 acres of mid west hardy vines of the Elmer Swenson and UM varieties. We sell most of the grapes and keep some for our own winemaking. I'm always looking for ways to improve my winemaking skills and look forward to learning from the forum.

Thanks. I have Marquette, Sabrevois, Louise Swenson, Praire Star and Brianna fermenting now. I have to understand acid control and variable lid stainless
Steel fermenting better. I also have grape growing questions too. I'll search the forum for info for a while and will offer up what I've learned as well.

Joe, sounds like you are well past being on your way to making good wine. Stick around and help some of us newbies with growing the vines. There is a thread if you haven't found it yet on grape growing. Good info there and would be great if you chimed in and helped others with your experiences.
