I first attempted making wine in the mid '90s when I first started brewing beer. I attempted two concentrate 'kits' (canned concentrate) that didn't turn out. First suffered from broken carby and second just wasn't very drinkable.
By 1998 life had taken over and I didn't do anything beer or wine again until this past winter when I get back into brewing.
February I bought and started my first new wine kit, which is now bottled, followed in end of March by a second which is now clearing.
I bought a few more 'wine cooler' type kits to make for the wife and thought I would join up here for tips and possiby help on these future endeavors.
