Help! Leaves Wilting

Help! My five-year-old Perlette grape vine's leaves are wilting. They began budding a month ago and everything appeared to be going well, when one branch's leaves showed wilting. Now the problem has spread to a nearby branch. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you tried giving it some water? The vines here in Placer County are going gang busters and while we don’t start irrigating until June/July the ground still has plenty of moisture.

Have you tried giving it some water?

Yes. We've gotten a lot of rain lately, but I watered a few days ago. The problem is worse now.
