Six weeks into a new hobby and having a ball! Many thanks to this forum, a swell bunch of folks for sure.
The boiler room is heated to 74f by a small ceramic heater and can manage two carboys at a time. (apfelwein on top, WE Australian Chardonny on the bottom)
Bulk storage under the basement stairway. I hope to move to a carboy bench soon and enjoy the back saving advantages of vacuum racking/degassing and bottling.
I'm fortunate to have a no frills 8x8 full bathroom for cleaning, sanitizing and cleanup.
