I just got into the hobby of wine making. I have my first 1 gallon batch of strawberry wine racked.

Not sure how I am suppose to wait for months before I can try it. It smells and looks amazing.

Once you have several different wines it's much easier to let them age some. I can tell you that your strawberry wine will most likely get a lot better with age, but if drinking some gets you excited to start more batches, then do it. After 10 months I'm just now getting to the point where I can let stuff age more without wanting to taste it every other week
