Sorry guys I bit late with content here but some time I feels like alcoholic. So about wine content I have many grape varieties but my garden is small because I need covering of plants winter here is 50 NL altitude near Kyiv. Most I have of merlot and also I have cabernet, barbera and other strains. every year I looking some possibility for making better wine and in this year I have some fine results with savingon gri. Here was cold autum in this year. And acid was high in this grape. But I made 2 type of wine. One from juice with adding water and sugar, other from skins with water and sugar. now I tasting wine from juice and to me now it is feels like good balanced wine with distinct tones of pear in the taste and some notes of citrus and acid. in this hard year it is normal result to me. When I tasted it before bottling it was like to many water in wine, but now it is have good balanced taste to me. this savingon gri only one grape variety wich I made with adding water and I guess I can`t get here any better solution for this grape. to other wines I added only sugar because in other case in this year it was too low sugar content for the good wine but in some years I have enough sugar in grapes for wine. But in this year after 1 of september was very cold and rainy every day but without freezing to middle of october. summer was hot and I have some unregural grape conditions in this year. Feels like pure grobal warming near my garden.
