Hey

I was looking for a site for some advice, ideas and inspiration for winemaking and thought this looked like the ideal site.
So far I've made several wines from wine kits in the last couple of years and at the moment I'm making a Black Cherry Wine from the cherry tree in my garden and I've also started a Vine Leaf wine after pruning some grape vines.
So I'm relatively new to winemaking but not a complete beginner.
Anyway, I look forward to talking to you guys and hopefully learning a few things.

just did and assuming it's in alphabetical order, i don't see a cherry wine recipe (they're NOT choke cherries)
